Updated the current version of xrmtoolbox and ribbon editor and not solutions that I was able to open in the past no longer open.

It has always been best practice to only load a solution that contains just the shell entity/application ribbon so that the import/export process is efficient and won't time out - however some folks did not know about this so I decided to put the check in there. Is there any way to download the old version? I find it very limiting not being able to inspect an entity which has current forms, and to view the current JavaScript functionality on the form.
