I'd say just build the tables as required for Square, since any other payment method might have different requirements and would thus need its own tables.

Glad to hear you had a positive experience with Maxmind. I wonder if your whole site can be Maxmind protected? What's the fee?

Note that there are some IP tracking features already included in 1.5.8 (IP address used for account creation, for example), and this would be a nice addition. Assigning to @lat9.

Please defer reformatting changes until we get a 1.5.8 release and we come to a consensus about how we're going to do this.

Please don't - there are plugins that can detect this kind of thing. I often run test sites with minimal images to verify other things.

Right, but it won't work in a couple of weeks, so people won't be running it anymore - right?
