You could spring for an additional 3 characters and use "Bill", "Ship" and "Both" - more self documenting.

I know some guy asked for this on the forum but I'm not convinced that it's generally useful.

Sweet! I wonder if the sql_cache_flush_cache 'memory' case should clear `$this->cache_array` just in case someone implements 'memory' fully in the future.

I have these changes in test locally and they look good. I'll push a branch in a few weeks when the 1.5.7 activity settles down.

In test now. My intention is to change the behavior described in this post https://github.com/zencart/zencart/issues/3403#issuecomment-623187248 so that a storeowner can process orders in admin without clearing the cache.

This is a great idea. I don't think it needs to be switchable in admin, just make it global. I would prefer telephone would be MOVED, not copied.
