I've updated all dependencies to latest version and switched from CommonJS to ESM, because one or more of the dependencies are now ESM packages.

This removes a warning of using trim-newlines <3.0.1 from npm audit and still works as expected in my project https://github.com/dotnetCarpenter/express-mime-sniff.
