Permissions error starting instrument-data-link executable.

When I try to start the instrument-data-link executable, I get a pop-up message stating "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Do you know what might be causing this issue? I'm running it from the same account that I run MSFS2020 from.
