Memory leak? Blender V 3.0.0

Hi,

I'm trying to use this on a reasonably large (perhaps very large) particle system (350K particles) and on calculate the memory usage just keeps going up until computer crashes.

I have tried checking the CACHE to disk option - but no change.

Am I just using too large a particle system or is this a memory leak?

Hmm this is a good question. I didnt originally code Molecular, so I would need to investigate this further.... could you share a blend file with that setup ? My little machine here has only 8 GB Memory lol.... so it should crash even faster.
