PHPStorm supports this [as of 2022](https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-64086/PHPDoc-Multiline-and-nested-array-shapes), I think it's crucial to have support for it in Phan as well

Has this been resolved? Not specific to imagemin-guetzli, are we able to somehow pass in other imagemin plugins?

@milewski Ah thanks, I made a PR with the ability to pass any plugin, but I guess it's not likely to be accepted.

I am active enough, I will accept any PRs towards my repo. I just never had time to write tests for this.

Sounds good! I'll keep an eye out for a PR. I am only contributing to private repos right now, but I do want to get back into open source development.

I was getting this as well. This does seem like something that should be fixed, since the increment operation is being done on what Phan knows to be a literal...
