Missing Hovering Effect On Log out Button of User Detail Page

Describe the bug On the User Detail page, there is a log-out button on which the same colour is used for hover that causes when a user pointed their pointer on it it does not show any change.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'http://localhost:8000/themes/learning-management-system/learning-management-theme/src/component/userDetail/index.js'
2. Hover the cursor on the logout button. Expected behavior When the user hovers over the button there should be some changes to the button style.
