Fixed Responsiveness of Offers component

Describe the bug Offers components behaving as non-responsive when changing the dimension of the device.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'http://localhost:8000/themes/hotel-management-system/hotel-management-theme/src/components/offers/index.js'
  2. Open the inspect and change the dimension of the device.

Expected behavior The component should behave as responsive on all devices.
