Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Submit button is enabled even though the fields are empty.

Describe the solution you'd like I will use the state to check whether all fields are filled and then button will be enabled only if all fields are filled.

Describe alternatives you've considered An Alert Dialog can also be displayed.
