Gitter chat link redirecting to wrong chat

Describe the bug The Gitter chat link in the README.md is redirecting to the wrong chat (https://gitter.im/cloudlibz/cloudlibz).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://github.com/scorelab/OpenIoE'
2. Click on '"chat on gitter" button'
3. See the button redirecting to Cloudlibz gitter chat.

Expected behavior The button was expected to redirect the user to https://gitter.im/scorelab/scorelab chat.
