Update label button functionality

Describe the bug Update label button functionality

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the dashboard
  2. Click on New project
  3. Give name and description for the project
  4. Go to the project labels and create new
  5. Update something and click update button

Expected behavior After updating the button should be deactivate until further update done but after updating particular label update button kept as it is
