Charts in the Project Analytics page does not auto refresh when a new label is added

Describe the bug When a new label is added under project labels, it does not show up in the project analytics chart. We have to refresh the browser for the charts to show up those labels.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a new project
2. Go to project details by clicking on the project card from the dashboard
3. Click "Project Labels" from the sidebar
4. Add some labels using "Add Label" button (you can give any details for labels)
5. Click "Project Analytics" from the sidebar
6. No labels are visible on the 2 charts.
7. If the browser is refreshed, then it is visible on the chart

Expected behaviour

1. Create a new project
2. Go to project details by clicking on the project card from the dashboard
3. Click "Project Labels" from the sidebar
4. Add some labels using "Add Label" button (you can give any details for labels)
5. Click "Project Analytics" from the sidebar
6. Created labels should be visible on the 2 charts immediately
