Need like, comment, share functionality in social media section

Expected Behavior

Posts should be able to like, comment and shareable

Current Behavior

There isn't any functionality to do those things.

Hello i checkout the social media section i made some small modification on the post card here https://github.com/scorelab/Go-social/pull/108#commitcomment-37315047 and i have added the sharing functionality
