Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Homepage layout changes on smaller screens as the right panel moves to the bottom, unlike the notification page that stays consistent across all screen sizes.

Describe the solution you'd like A way where all three panels are visible without any layout changes in the UI.

Describe alternatives you've considered For smaller screens, we could implement a design modification where the display is set to flex. This approach optimizes the use of limited screen space while still providing access to the sidebar's functionality on demand.
