[ Feat : Progression on clicking the Complete Step Button ]

Description

The tutorial step is progressing automatically to the next step on clicking the Complete Step button. Made sure that it progress only when the complete Step text is visible on the button and no progression at last step. The Reset functionality will be in another PR, just making sure we have a clean code :)

Motivation and Context

To make it go to next step without using mouse and to make it automatic did this change.

How Has This Been Tested?

I have tested it locally on my machine and it's working smooth.
