Description

Previously, the "/profile" page was rendering only the icons for the SocialIcons component. In this update, I have fetched user data (i.e., facebook_url, linkedin_url, etc.) and linked it to the corresponding icons using the Link component.

Motivation and Context

This enhancement brings dynamism to the "/profile" page by dynamically linking social media URLs to the respective icons.

How Has This Been Tested?

I have thoroughly tested the changes locally on my machine.
