Add functionalities to the comment, share, bookmark buttons in the home page under tutorials

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently in the home page under every tutorial, the comment, share, save buttons are inactive. They donot work and neither show anything nor redirect to anywhere

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to add functionality to these buttons, showing hovering text, making the bookmark functional and also the comment button taking the user to the comment section

Describe alternatives you've considered As of now, this is the best solution I could think of
