Website Breaks When Deleting Second Last Step and Attempting Last Step Deletion; UI of Delete Modal Not User-Friendly

Describe the bug When attempting to delete the second last step of a tutorial and then proceeding to delete the last step, the website breaks.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to 'tutorial page'
2. Delete the second last step
3. Attempt to delete the last step
4. Observe the website breaking

Expected behavior The website should handle the deletion of the second last and last steps without breaking.
