In mobile view, the activity card and popular tags card is broken

Describe the bug When looking at mobile view, the buttons of the activity card or the tags card are not visible. Just one or two are visible and rest gets hidden

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on 'F12' and check in responsive mode
3. See error

Expected behavior The buttons should be wrapped and they should be visible even in mobile mode
