Data fetching error from server

in the client home, it every time shows a loading indicator since not fetching data from the server

We have created a docker instance to host the chainkeeper_api to retrieve data for the chainkeeper_app. This issue is due to the docker instance termination. This is not an issue of the ChainKeeper.
