Need a readme for Chainkeeper app

I am new to chainkeeper and trying to understand the working of it but it seems like there is no readme for the chainkeeper app. I would like to contribute to chainkeeper project and I think it would be really good for me if I could start my contribution with the readme if there is going to be one, @charithccmc what do you think?

@crownedlake you can contribute to the project by creating a readme for the chainkeeper_app. Do the needful and send a PR for us.
