Updating Documentation and Docker-compose for Minio server

Description

As Minio has integrated with Bassa but its installation and some documentation was left, so these changes are made and along with that, errors countered during running Bassa will be go to log file instead of printing them :

• Readme.md is updated to guide user for setting up Minio
• docker-compose and docker-compose.dev are updated to integrate Minio for docker-compose build
• Updated installation scripts for Minio server installation on various OS flavors

How Has This Been Tested?

All of these changes are tested locally on required platforms
