[Bug] Admin section not accessible after refresh

After creating an account with Admin rights, navigating to the admin tab works fine. But after a refresh toast comes up with 'You don't have admin previlages'.

Expected Behavior

It should show up the admin section.

Current Behavior

Toast comes up showing 'You don't have admin previlages'.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Create an account with Admin privileges.
2. Navigate to admin tab/section.
3. Refresh

Your Environment

• Environment name and version (e.g. Chrome 39, node.js 5.4): Node.js v6.10.0, Python 3.5
• Operating System and version (desktop or mobile): Desktop

I'm suspecting this as a bug. Hope @malithsen can give any info regarding this behavior :rocket:

@rajikaimal This seems to still exist and I think we need to work on the API server for this. @vivonk any thoughts about this?

I feel the token is doing things somewhere wrong or admin check code is breaking. Will look into this asap before release. @kmehant thanks for reporting it :)
