Provide a WinXP native version with installer
Quite some users are afraid of installing an entire JVM.
The guys over at http://sourceforge.net/projects/privatray are just about to finish a similar effort to get gcj to produce an executable.
Admitted, such an exe also might be large, i.e. about 1/2 size of the JRE...

Sorry for the delay, I thought email notifications for sf.net tracker items were enabled, but turns out they were not.
I don't use Windows, so whether this will be implemented or not depends on someone submitting patches/docs whatever is necessary to produce such a build.
A requirement for shipping it from the Portecle site is also that the executable and the installer can be created on a Linux system or that someone creates it and is available to do so for future versions too.
