Notifications are not being sent when I log work time

Every day I'm trying to log time spent on an issues and when I do - the notifications are not being spent. It's important for me, because I'm using comment field to describe the current status on an issue and that status is not being displayed on Slack - which would be an expected bevahiour.

I think the hook is called: controller_timelog_edit_before_save

I can confirm that this issue is still active over redmine 3.4.2: the plugin not send data to slack when the changes affects a redmine project that has Time Tracking module enabled.

Sorry for the mistake: after further investigation, I can confirm that this plugin works fine also when the the Time tracking module is enabled. I have previously installed the Planio fork and that not works in this scenario.
