docs: add detailed Table of Contents to README

I've noticed the "TOC" in the readme and decided to help you and take this burden off your shoulders :)

do you you mean that only "TOC" letters are generated?

bcoz I didn't find an actual TOC, and thought adding it can be helpful and useful as the readme is pretty large and toc may ease up reader's comprehension of the repository
