Create an API similar to the one in the MATLAB toolbox

Like the MATLAB toolbox, the Python API needs to consist of:

  • Signal generation functions:
    • [x] instantaneous amplitude and frequency modulated signals
    • [x] analytic complex noise generation
  • Processing functions
    • [x] time and frequency domain processing
    • [ ] visualization and plotting functions
