installation not working on Python 3.11

I cannot install the module on Python 3.11, but it is working on Python 3.10

I'm getting this issue (just the end of the message): rc\skmultiflow\metrics\_confusion_matrix.obj -O3" failed with exit status 2 ... ERROR: Failed building wheel for scikit-multiflow ERROR: Could not build wheels for scikit-multiflow, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects
