Remove Binder from gallery?

Hi team,

I haven't been able to use the Binder feature in our gallery for... a long time (if ever). Today, I just tried and got the following error:

I guess we want to drop Binder in this context and move towards JupyterLite anyway?

At least, when we upgrade Sphinx-Gallery, we'll fix this note with a period at the wrong place: "Go to the end to download the full example code. or to run this example in your browser via Binder"

I'm in favor of removing this, given that we've been working to offer JupyterLite instead.
