Create a nicer self-describing container for decomposed footprints, that's still usable as a primitive tuple or similar E.g., a dataclass that

• allows for easy conversion to a dense footprint
• Has a repr that renders it intuitively (maybe display dense version)

Can be closed, when we merged a solution that describes a decomposed footprint at runtime and is still usable as before.
