Working with `gcovr`

I think there is an issue with having scikit-build copy the files that breask gcovr:

$ gcovr --xml coveage.xml -r .
(ERROR) Trouble processing '/home/lecris/CLionProjects/spglib/cmake-build-scikit/python/CMakeFiles/Spglib_python.dir/_spglib.c.gcda' with working directory '/home'.
