Add a read wake up the feather52 console.

My Adafruit Feather nRF52 doesn't seem to wake up to the serial console connection until a read is performed. Adding this fixes ampy for me. (it is running the circuitpython 3.x branch from today under the 2.0.1 bootloader)

@youngsu999 You seem to have the same issue, does this solution work for you? I see that you wrote a solution yourself at https://github.com/pycampers/ampy/issues/71.

This one looks a lot cleaner, so please confirm if this works for you as well.
