Location-Aware Messaging and Functionality

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When users operate a relay, if they're doing so from censored or hostile locations, those connections risk being monitored, and data that otherwise would not flow through a monitored network now does.

Describe the solution you'd like

• A way to detect the location of the user, and if they're in places like Iran, Russia, China, etc., disable the toggle to enable the Snowflake proxy.
• Conditional messaging. If in a location stated above, inform the user what they should do.
  • If they need to access the internet using a Snowflake proxy, download Tor Browser from torproject.org, go to settings...

Describe alternatives you've considered Blocking IPs from countries transparently.
