Add Pagination to Directory

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When we have too many accounts opted-in to the directory, we'll quickly have a page that loads hundreds of records, impacting performance and user experience.

Describe the solution you'd like

• We should introduce some form of pagination for the directory. 50-100 records per XHR?
• Search should not be limited to the records on the page, and should return results from its entire set instantly as is the current experience.
