Issue running handbook for the first time in VSCode-Calva

Ended up bumping the clojure version up to 1.11.0 to get the dependency local - then back down to 1.10.3 to make sure I was running on the intended version. Not sure if my explanation of events is correct, if that's expected, unexpected, still pretty new to all this.
