Move order to third parameter and make optional?

Maybe it would be easier to have "order" as third and optional parameter for addCallback()? Default could be "0" and be executed after the original method? More than one hook with the same order will be executed with the same priority?

"HookBefore" could be done by negative order and a higher positive value would be executed later ("hookAfter").
