Arming modes not working
I just installed this last night and the buttons for arming and disarming show but do not actually change the states of this. I have read that this may be due to a website change from alarm.com. Please help
Can you describe what you mean by "but do not actually change the states of this"? If you can log into the SmartThings web app and watch the Live Logging when pushing the Arming/Disarming buttons the error may give us some more information.
Arming modes do not appear to be working within the Smartthings app. I can successfully trigger a disarm, but any attempt to arm stay (with or without entry delay) is unsuccessful. This just started to happen for me last week (1/7/19).
I am having this same issue. I can see the on and off state change in ST. But it doesn't actually arm the system.
Having a similar issue that just started 2 days ago. I'm able to arm but not disarm. Here is the error in the logs if it helps.
While disarming:
1:04:12 PM: error java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot get property 'command' on null object @line 139 (getRecipe)
I’m having the same issue here, arming commands will not work, getting this error:
“error something went wrong: groovyx.net.http.HttpResponseException: Locked”
