Are all issues in English? (Why?)

I think the current Zeichenkettenlitersyntax is broken. I have to write the following:

drucke("Hallo, Welt!")

I would have expected to write:

drucke(„Hallo, Welt!“)

(Or possibly)

drucke(»Hallo, Welt!«)

You're 💯% right about the Zeichenkettenliterale though. This can't stand in it's current form. Same as #3.
