How to migrate to a new device

Hi, I can't find a way to export all settings and profiles for migration to a new device.

Usually I migrate everything via https://github.com/NeoApplications/Neo-Backup But de.blinkt.openvpn is the only application I found that can't be restored like that, eventhough I backed up and restored APK, Data, Protected data, external data, OBB data. In the restored app there is no profile.
