Don't show input window for challenge/response protocol (crv1)

Description of the issue

I want to use OpenVPN with MFA, but your app don't show a window to enter a MFA code. It works with all other clients, e.g. Windows OpenVPN client, Tunnelblick or OpenVPN Connect.
