XCode 6.3 and 6.3.1 doesn't recognize codesnippet file name

I was trying to install these magnificient snipets and noticed xcode can't load them if their file name doesn't match the snippet IDECodeSnippetIdentifier inside the plist.

Renaming them to "(IDECodeSnippetIdentifier).codesnippet" fixed the problem.
