We should get chefspec tests added. Integration tests are taking ages (in VMware) and seem to fail in Docker (due to some rabbitmq issue).

We could definitely add it, but I'm also quite keen on the integration test, as it really tests a full end-to-end scenario with a boulder server. I do intend on fixing the docker build as well.
