Fast User Switching

If you go to System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Options > Show fast user switching menu, and then look in the menu bar, you'll notice it's still Helvetica...

I don't think there is a solution for this at this point. Probably hardcoded. The menu 'inside' should be in Lucida Grande though.

FWIW, it does get changed in Lucida Grande El Capitan. You may be right that it was hardcoded, but they may have changed that in EC.
