Correct bracket type used around nvarchar/varchar when formatting the command

The current formatting code puts brackets around varchar/nvarchar size instead of parenthesis

@schotime - I didn't realize this was here so long!! Any chance of getting this in? Getting tired of replacing [] with () :)
