Always show the popup window

I've completely missed the dialog window when I scrolled down a bit on web pages. Then I noticed that the popup window is always located at the top of the page. I scrolled just one line and took a screenshot for demonstration, as you can see the full popup window is not visible and it will be completely invisible if I continue to scroll down.

Can you please make the popup window visible even if I for example visit the bottom of a web page?

@schomery Do you understand how to reproduce the issue? Can you please try to solve this (it makes the add-on to hard to use)?

Browser: Firefox ESR 60.0.1 64-bit OS: GNU/Linux

I just tested on a Linux machine with FF 61 and I am not able to reproduce this. Please try the extension on a clean profile and report back
