I guess you are using Firefox, right? In Firefox there is an open bug, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1272890 which needs to be fixed for this extension to be able to block certain types...

Unfortunetly it is really hard to reproduce these sorts of things. Based on the extensions you have (like adblockers) and geo location these sites use different techniques to display popups....

I tested your link and it seems like it has an issue with your AdBlocker rather than PB. The player works if I have no AdBlocker add-on.
