Developing Apis to interact with Croc programmatically

I was thinking of implementing ND hosting a web page where ppl could drop in their files and retrieve from the other side on a separate device. Some ppl at any random moment may not have croc installed as a cli utility and that's where a web interface would come in handy.

Describe the solution you'd like Developing Apis so that the server can install Croc sdk and interface with its functionality via a set of Apis.
