Uninstall steps

Hello! I love the extension and what it's doing, for whatever reason I wasn't able to switch my behaviour over to using it and have uninstalled it. I must have done this mid-fade out because my workspace is now desaturated.

Shy of reinstalling, resetting the timer and then disabling it would be great to include uninstall steps in the README! I see the mention of workbench.colorCustomizations and editor.tokenColorCustomizations and will begin a hunt for where they exist but it would be great not to have to ;)

Hi, I'm currently not using or developing the extension but I'll happily merge a PR if you find a solution.
