Solve issue #40; Add price calculation before compression by adding a --countFiles option to the command

By passing the --countFiles option to the command, the user is able to see a price calculation before running the compression. This produces an output like:

Files compressed this month: 19
Files to compress: 23962
Price: 113.46 USD
